I've just organised to have the 17th off. Can't wait to get my two CE copies and start playing with the girlfriend. :thumbup:

Just borrowed Foxhounds bnet account and my god its like the perfect diablo experience. im now about rank 11 with the demon hunter and she is great for fast croud control.

Visuals i was not happy with when i 1st launched the game but its growing on me. doesnt help coming from bf3/skyrim to this but its far more complex then just visuals. ill keep hammering away till level 13 then try the witch doctor. i did get a gold rare sabre which was kewl. i now have around 25% magic find as well which seems to help.

Im also glad they wont have pvsp out of the box. gives us a chance to rank up to 60 :)

I disagree, it doesn't even scratch what D2 was. With that said, it's better than most of the other games out/coming out so I will still be purchasing it.

Played the beta some more today. The patches since November (When I played it last) have actually improved the game significantly already. It's almost another game...

I'm actually really pumped for it now :-)

Can't decide what to go first, but I'm leaning towards Barbarian - simply because I never really did barbarian much in D2 and this one seems badass.

Just purchased D2 off the Blizzard site for $9.99. I cannot remember if the expansion improved upon the gameplay, so the question is should I also purchase the expansion?

Yes, unless you only want to play online at 640 x 480 and not have access to better items, runes, two of the seven classes etc.

I would purchase the EXP for the storyline as well .. Diablo has a very good storyline and I would highly recommend it before playing D3 ...

I 'll be reinstalling it prior to playing D3
