Nah, error 37 is because they've stopped logins, your 3003 error is because you've got Asia or Europe selected as the login server in options> account in the game.

Set it to Americas and then it will work.

If you read the side of the screen you will see that they have currently capped the number of players. I just finished installing the beta, and it already had "Americas" selected by default.

Yeah I was referring to the other bloke in my quoted post who was getting error 3003.

Error 3003 is not the error you get for the capping of players. 37 is. At least that's my understanding of it, as the error on the side of the screen says!

If you read the battle.net forums I, along with many others, were getting error 3003 (can not connect to server) when you connect to asia or europe. But you get the error 37 when you connect to america.

Thank Merudo - i guess the other servers aren't up / running the open beta? I now get the error 37 like everyone else.

I'm getting error 12 (no D3 license attached to this account.) Anyone else?

I think you have to sign into battle.net with your browser and setup a battletag? That's the only additional step I took.

Then I will try to login for the rest of the weekend because their servers are packed...Should I just wait until May 15? (most of you will say yes so there is one less guy in competition at the login servers :lol:)
