i rolled a trial wow character but they cant whisper my friends

Do you have to have a character on Wow to do it?
I was playing D3 BETA and talking to my friend playing Wow no problems, i thought you just have to have Battlenet.

I have Wow but i havent renewed my sub in a long time.

I had a friend pop up in chat while he was logged into WoW, I guess the thing is it cant be tested right now, because D3 isnt live so you will ahve to wait until tuesday

Dick Smith has D3 for $59 pre-order, beats Blizzard's online price, EB Games and the like. Just so everyone knows.

It's online only though and $5 delivery, so probably not worth it as it may not be delivered on Tuesday.

Anyone doing an instore price better than JB, $69?

StreekG 12th May 2012 6:20 PM

How cheap do you want Blizzards biggest game release for the year to be? Or probably the next few years.
lol

gregpolk 12th May 2012 6:40 PM

As cheap as is reasonable. Why pay more when you don't have to?

joe_sixpack 12th May 2012 6:50 PM

What is Diablo 3.....

deadtiger2 12th May 2012 7:09 PM

Bit the bullet and pre-ordered d3 from EB games at knox city today, $89 :Paranoid:
I'm glad the guy told me they price match, so on Tuesday when I pick up the game I could be paying less.

Captain Kermit 12th May 2012 7:57 PM

I got it from Blizzards site for $60. You can change the region from Aus to "other" and it gives you the Singapore price of $60US.

WRONG!

BestBuy can explain what D3 is, no need for the video:

The Diablo III PC/Mac Game revolves around an interesting plot which will keep you spell bound. while you are playing. This Strategy Video Game also has some similar setting as the Diablo II like Tristram. The Witch Doctor is a new character in this game, is reminiscent of the Diablo II Necromancer, The Barbarians in this strategy video game have a variety of revamped skills at their disposal on the basis of the use of their incredible physical prowess. Bring home the PC video game to solve the mysteries of the mighty Barbarians.

This was tempting, but having a physical copy of the game was too appealing. Fingers crossed JB still have it at $69 on Tuesday.
