Nothing at all. Just EBGames are owned by GameStop, plus they mainly sell console games, so I guess they're expecting everyone to just bend over and prepare for regular console game prices.

And woohoo my order finally got dispatched. Hopefully I'll see it tomorrow.

I bought mine from EB games but mainly cause I just walk in there and they price match who ever is cheapest for me, saves me having to fart around and find out. Walked in and got it for 59.

Well obviously. Aus is part of the NA realms. This has been known since day 1

Yes I know that, but you can select what server you want to log into via the Account settings in Options. Since the game is GLOBAL, you can log into other servers that are already live. A person I know is already in game, but is playing on the EU server, while I on the other hand can not even log in.

Edit: His Battlenet account is defaulted to the UK.. so that's why his able to play on the EU server, while living in Australia..

Global is NOT ENABLED this week. You can only login to NA once they go live.

•The Global Play feature will not be enabled until after the servers in all regions are live. Players will only be able to play Diablo III in their home region until Global Play becomes available.

Oh man that intro is epic!!!!

moosi 15th May 2012 1:39 PM

freaking paid $79.95 for my digital copy

oh well its a blizzard title, justified. Beats the $100 price tag for call of duty or any other boring junk that's released nowadays.

Im not as much of a fan of EB as i usto be with them pushing pre orders so hard, the guy flat out tells people if you dont pre order the game you wont get it which is never the case , had that at several eb's.

But from way back in about 2000 i have always used EB based on the fact they price match (and you cant any more but being able to return pc games you did not like was great), and more recently dont really want the same thing as game happening to them, which i find hard to be possible when you compare US to AUD game prices.

about 4h 30min for me !!

Just got mine from Jb for $69. Went to dick smith in george street and 6 of us lined up, plenty of empty boxes on the shelf, go up and all sold out.

Piss me off that they just leave the boxes out, no sign of being out of stock either. Spent 5 mins lining up for nothing.
