its a little fiddly now,
you have to log onto battlenet via their website. type in the cdkey into your account,
then using your email and passowrd you will be able to log in and play in approximately 25 minutes

error code 33 is normal until the servers go live in 24 minutes

you will need to create an account on battle.net

you might as well do it now and add your key to that.

In many ways this feels like the final chapter of my youth - Diablo I came out when I was in primary school, Diablo II in High School, and now right towards the end of my uni days (last semester in fact), Diablo III emerges.

The game asks you to activate the key when you install, that if you install using the dvd.

anyone getting error 12, the battle.net account does not have a diablo 3 license attach to it.

I got the digital copy from battle.net through my bnet account.

well, it's been a fun wait, but in 20 minutes I'll be leaving and not returning to this thread until I've finished my first playthrough.

boo. came home 20 minutes late for the toll delivery and the driver isnt back at the depot yet! hopefully in the next hour. in the meantime however my mates will be like level 10 already. bargh
