I know they are changing it, but still you will be assured of one yellow .. heck i just ran through act 2 and picked up 1 crappy yellow and killed about 10 elite packs.

Its just an easy run, is all and you tend to get better gear/drops towards the end of the act from my experience.

boss farm > treasure goblin?

I tried boss farm with 240 magic find but didnt get many rare drops, but i got Natalya's Shadow from same boss without the 240 mf.

Even if the game aint broke, each week they will do it for the sake of it?

Sucks when tuesdays is one of the only damn nights i can properly play.

Yeah the weekly maintenance is one of the things that puts me off MMO's i hope blizzard don't make it a regular occurrence with D3.

The game has only been out 4 weeks and they're trying to iron out the kinks so RMAH and PvP can go live. Once that happens the maintenance might settle down a little. Last Tuesday there wasn't maintenance too (it was on Wednesday instead) and at least it's not 7pm-4am again :/

GeneralDeath 12th June 2012 11:10 PM

Really hoping the RMAH isn't live any time soon, even though the date says today. I'll be keeping my gold in the game and my cash out of it, but I think it sets a dirty precedent for future titles.

why? because the finally made it legit? just because they are the first company to actually get in and take a piece of the pie doesn't mean it hasn't been going on in every single game that's been online ever.

the only difference is now people don't need to feel like they paid a dirty $2 hooker in a back alley not knowing if they might catch aids. instead they are paying for an expensive escort they don't have to worry about catching any STDs from and it makes them feel rich.

Thing is I won't use the RMAH but will still be left with the feeling that I've been f***ed up the arse (item drop locations/rates) by a $2 hooker of questionable gender.

They haven't even made a decent gold auction house yet.

It will kill the longevity of the game for a lot of people who are quick to whip out their wallets because they feel it's their gear letting them down and not their skill.

the main new reason, simply put is if dupe'ers have trillions of dollars , the price of the best items will be insane.

you will be feeding money from your pocket to buy hundreds of million game currency to fix blizz being a retard

as far as i have read the game was literally using your local computer time for auctions.

lets say a government put someone in jail, but whenever they checked the release date they checked it from the inmates calendar and took that as gospel . how much money would you trust that government with?
