The Overclockers Australia Forums are busy, with many messages being posted constantly throughout every day. It is not possible for the Administrators of this site to individually examine, censor or approve every message. Therefore we specifically disclaim any responsibility for the content of any messages posted within this Forum system. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message posted by Forum users. The messages on our Forum express the views of the author of the message and not necessarily the views of Overclockers Australia, the Forum Administrators, the authors of the Forum software or any other entity associated with this Forum system.
Be aware that we WILL reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a court order being issued or a Police request being received in relation to any message posted by you. Failing to comply with a Court Order or refusing to assist Police can carry penalties which may extend to imprisonment, so don't think for a minute that we won't pass on any and all info that we have.
If you feel that a Forum message is objectionable you are encouraged to contact us via email (there is a "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every forum page) or use the "/!\ Report this post to an Administrator" icon next to the message in question. We will remove any inappropriate content as soon as possible.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold anyone else, including Overclockers Australia and the Forum Administrators, harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
Further, by proceeding past this form and registering for a Forum account you indicate your agreement that the contents of all messages are the responsibility of the individual message posters and therefore agree not to hold Overclockers Australia, the Forum Administrators or any other entity associated with the Forums responsible or in any way liable for damages of any kind with respect to the content of any message on the Overclockers Australia Forums and to the extent permitted by law you waive all rights to make any claims against Overclockers Australia, the Forum Administrators or any other entity associated with the Forums.
