Well, I really don't know what to say. Of course, by posting it up when they did (and in fairness, it could have been someone in Minsk posting, not SEA), they managed to have it so that by the time we caught wind of it here in California, everyone there has gone for the weekend. At the very least, there's a 24-hour turnaround cycle: We email them, they wake up, check email, respond, we get it when we wake up.
As a result, I have no idea if I will have something to tell you, or when. I'm off with the Army this weekend, I will make it a point to swing by an internet connection when I can, probably after 10am California time, to see if anything has come about, but I don't expect much.
When it comes to hard facts, there's not much I can give you from the NA side. New players in AU/NZ are currently still being directed to the NA server as far as we know, and nobody has informed us that this will be changing. As long as we have participation from AU/NZ (and the NA night shift), Lord Farquad will continue to run the Oceanic tournaments that he has been running.
That's about it. We are pressing to get some CW in AU/NZ time with the next CW map change, but this is not something I would bet the bank on happening (It's a topic for next week's chats...well, it was anyway). Presumably you will have your own individual 'no later than' times to come up with a decision to transfer or not one way or the other, so, when you hit it, make whatever decision you feel best and I wish you luck :-/
If you do decide to go, please come back and check out the Hatch articles from time to time, though!
I'll post again if I have anything useful to report.
