Default Why do all my pioneer drives fail in the tray department?

Every single Pioneer Drive i have had 212/215/216/etc (I've had like 5 all up), has had something with it's tray screw up. This ranges from the tray not ejecting at all, the tray getting stuck coming out, the tray getting stuck going in, and i never push the tray to get it to close, i always use the hardware button or control it through software. My latest drive has to be flicked slightly for it to catch and start closing.

I've never had a single issue with the internal operation of these drives, which i have had with LG and others, but i'm getting sick of replacing these drives over and over again to have similar issues.

Is there something i can do internally to solve this issue? tighter rubber belt or something? running out of patience
