The lighting is deliberately 'flat'.... more so in that I processed the image that way..

but yes.. posing models is definately something I need to improve on.. but baby steps..

Unfortunately that aclimatisation applies to more than just nudity though... I find that when I have a camera in my hand I pay little attention to RL around me. For example, if there was a beautiful sunrise, I'm more inclined to busy myself trying to capture it than just enjoy the moment.

i was going to start a poll.. 'ever ruin a nice holiday/beautiful moment because you're too busy being a photographer'?..

Don't know and care to study the image to find out why, yet it doesn't feel natural to me...

I went to a group shoot organised by togs on another forum.. basically a bunch of photographers get together with a bunch of "girls who want their pictures taken" and snap away for a while..

You learn a hell of a lot by keeping your mouth shut and your eyes open and watching how people with half a clue do it .. (well, at least I did anyway!).

I felt totally out of my depth on the first group shoot, but it gave me the courage to get in contact with a couple of "girls who want their pictures taken" and organise a couple of one on one shoots..

-- edit -- rereading that made it sound like I'm some hotshit fashion photographer.. I'm certainly not.. I consider myself a rank amateur and i'm very much still in the learning phase
