There are RCA lineouts on them, with the right adapter it should pass though

Gawh, now I want some. Recently bought two sets of surround speakers, so somehow it would be a waste. Not to mention I cant even afford them, but I want them anyway!

Hi all

ive been reading all about these A5s and have just placed an order.

at the moment ive only got onboard audio however starting to think that to get the most out of my A5s im going to need a sound card or some other solution?

can anyone recommend a decent and well priced sound card or other option that will really get the most from my A5s?

Cheers!

i've just received/isntalled a Xonar DS i bought from ebay not long ago.
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....=STRK:MEWNX:IT

pretty cheap and i can notice the difference from my Audigy 2ZS.

i gotta admit, upgrading from my SoundSticks II, the A5's are pretty fkn good. i'll probably shell out for the accompanying sub when i can save enough. i was initially worried moving from 2.1 to 2.0 but the A5's produce some nice tight bass. i'd like more of the lower freq the dedicated sub could produce tho.

I got the soundsticks II as well, definately a step up?

Also have AD900 headphones, which blow the SSII out of the water obviously.

I've also got the soundsticks II and the AD900 as well

I didn't think that the A5 would be that much of an improvement over the soundsticks, which is why I held off buying them, but if they're definitely noticeably better, then I might just have to get them

i read a few reviews and apparently it's not so good? i think i remember reading something like it was not very tight, and there were better things for $400.

do you know any different?

Just got my A5's and STX, all hooked up and going.

Sound is very detailed and crisp, a sub could'nt hurt for the low end frequencies, although the mid bass is nice and tight! I'm happy
