I'm really liking the Noctua rubber fan holders your using (are they noctua?)
How are they going for you in terms of stability and strength? Can you buy these things as a separate item from the fans?

Rubber fan holders, you mean these: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=13397

Blue and black is way nicer than brown (noctua) and black.
The top/rear fan have a bit of play cos the steel is so thin, but they don't rattle when on.

You're 1st attempt was a little messy, but now it's neat... it's a little harder with non modular psu's

Nup it's definitely the Sentry - I had the same issue and thought it was a defective fan at first (brand new fan at that) but after Googling I discovered I wasn't alone on this issue. Apparently it's to do with the grounding of the unit...I guess the cheap price tag falls under the category 'you get what you pay for'

I havent had this problem. When i first got the case out of the box if i stuck my head inside it there was a distinctive smell. But unless i was within like 1m of the case i couldnt smell anything. And now, 5 days after i got it, there is no smell anywhere outside the case. Might be some inside but its closed so i dont know :P

You are speaking of "TFFS"
The Funky Fractal Scent

My room smelt of it for a few weeks, specially since its loaded up with fans, i'm sure the fans aided in filling up my room with the smell.

Give it a few weeks and it will go.

I won this case at the RFLAN #31 in Perth during April and this is an awesome case to have compared to the Antec 300 I bought with my first desktop. It only came with 2 fans (1x 120mm & 1x 140mm) so I reused the fans from the Antec 300 into the new case. I'm never turning back to the Antec 300 so I gave it to a friend of mine who works at a computer store who made a server out of it.

PICS!

And here it lies on the floor along with my junk.

This is the best prize I won so far.

Nice one dude, can you run that 8 pin power behind the mobo and feed it to the top, it would look much better then having it exposed like that.

don't think the 8pin on the extreme is long enough. Will be tight if it is.
