might do a file list comparison first, just to see whats missing if anything.

i'm guinea pigging.

and the file list was quite similar except for the .inf file with video card support.



gonna play BC2 now for a few hours, hardcore servers only (hopefully no cheaters)

These are the drivers for the GTX 460, I think that's really the only change with them.

They seem to be slower than 258.69 at the same settings 800x600.



Here's one at 1920x1200 full screen and cards at 900/1100




This is weird, I set 32x AA and when the test finished it shows 0xAA!!

i just finished BC2 on Rosie HC server.

Played at 2560x1600 lowest AA 16xAF.

All is good, until you zoom with the machine gun on a tank and explosions land in front of you.
Seems to struggle bad when that happens.
If you dont zoom, its fine.

still needs BC2 optimizing.

For me, these drivers are the best of them all - even better than 197.45. BC2 for me is much smoother and the detail looks better too - interesting that someone else also mentioned similar on guru.

yes i agree theyre better than the faulty previous beta drivers that nvidia had up.
