Default Remote Headaches

Trying to get my Logitech Harmony One to work with my HTPC. A headache. I used to have a 525 a year ago which seemed to work.

I have a HP IR Receiver (which I believe is the same as the M$ one). Using XBMC, and my HTPC set up as a 'Windows Media Center MCE-1039'

The remote that came shipped with the receiver works flawlessly (really well actually). But my Harmony won't work at all. I've tried learning all the commands, but nothing happens on my HTPC.

Any ideas?

Have you setup a MCE device in the remote setup software?

Yes it works. I have it controlling my amp, xbox, tv, imac, etc.

As my first post says, I have it set up in the Logitech remote software as 'Windows Media Center MCE-1039'

I use a HP receiver for my Harmony One without issue, albeit on Windows 7 .

I have the MCE Device setup as Windows 7 MCE SE from memory, as the SE profile adds a lot of keyboard/mouse stuff to it.
