Would anyone know if Myer (Perth city or Garden City) allow for pre-orders? I have some MYER vouchers that I need to use up.

well it's .5mm thicker but the camera is larger so if you can cut/drill a bigger camera hole in your case it should fit. Hard cases that are exact fits are another story.

It's 0.6mm thicker. Not enough to effect most cases (apart from hard plastic ones but I wouldn't bother with something like that anyway)
Camera may be an issue but the case I got has a large hole so shouldn't matter. I can't see myself ever using the camera anyway. Not to mention it's target. Can always return it. But it will be fine. |

So can anyone else clarify this... cos I'm still not 100%...
From what I can see the new iPad will support Telstra's 42Mbps 3G (dual channel HSDPA+) even if it doesn't support their "4G"/LTE. If that's true then I wouldn't care much about the lack of LTE. |

Dual channel HSDPA+ still has to use existing and much more congested NextG, so I suspect in situations where you're in a congested environment.. Telstra cells aren't going to allocate you two channels. It just doesn't have the channels to spare.
