This is not an official Vodafone firmware, it's the stock LPQ firmware, no Voda bloatware included.

Why would you want Voda firmware? They ruin everything, and then bloat it out...

And make you wait 6 months for the privilege.

No need to root either... It helps to have it rooted, to be able to create a nandriod backup or use TitaniumBackup, in case things BOOM

What I did:
Used I9100XXLPQ_I9100OXALPQ_XEO to update the phone through Odin in download mode.
After booting (can take a while) I went into recovery and flashed Modem_I9100TDUKJ1_CWM (that's the Vodafone baseband)

DONE.
Only problem I had was with Google music that I just reinstalled.

I'm using Apex launcher and I'm very happy with it.

Since tasker doesn't want to work in ICS can anyone suggest a good APP locking program. I tried "app lock" but it drained my battery in 3 hours it woke up the device over 2000 times in that time. Just want to PW protect facebook or gmail when the device is unlocked.

it should only have come up once, with new terms and co's, then market will change its name to play.

new naming to better align the content in market to its wider variety of apps/games/books.
