Engagement Session in Vaucluse

I don't share on here as much as I should.

Here are some pre-weddings I shot in March.

In terms of technical, I either shot with a 70-200 or a Sigma 50mm f1.4

All natural light except the first one which was probably something like 1/8th power, 1/100 and f8? I'm guessing here because I don't remember.

Editing through lightroom only. I don't play around with my editing as much as I should.

My posing and my editing needs work.

Thanks for sharing michaeliam. My favourites are 1, 6, 10 and 13. Just a personal thing - I like seeing a variety of different pp 'looks' in a set, so it's nice to see that here too.

Some personal criticisms :
1/ too well lit subjects and too cropped/cramped
2/ the handrail is detracting
3/ the foreground plant is distracting/potentially too cr5pped
5/ gives me a headache

Otherwise the rest are spot on.

1. The B&W shots don't work for me. Far too grainy, and whilst that might be intentional I feel it ruins otherwise nice shots.

2. The poses are very one sided. She is always engaging with him as the subject, rather than the other way around.

3. Be careful with your cropping. A few of these it's far too tight.

4. You've posted one of these photos in 2 threads. Be a little careful as that might be seen as advertising.

You and dche have a pretty similar way of shooting, at times I think I'm seeing double hahaha
