Given that I'm tens of thousands of kms away from my nearest store that sells ice break I've given a bit of thought on how to replicate it. After googling around for some nutritional info this is what I came up with.
Paul's Ice Break Iced Coffee Label INGREDIENTS: REDUCED FAT MILK (95%) (1.6% MILK FAT), SUGAR, COFFEE (0.5%) Nutritional / 100ml 9.5g sugars 2% Milk : - 5g Sugar per 100ml milk - 0.2g fat per 100ml milk Caffeine Breakdown Ice Break = 22 mg Caffeine Coffee - Brewed (200ml) = 70-175 mg Caffeine Coffee - Instant (200ml) = 50-100 mg Caffeine camelion (branded) cold brewed coffee - 228.24mg/100mls Therefore to make a 100-110 ml of ice break 10ml camelion cold brewed coffee or 15-20ml brewed/instance coffee 90ml milk 6g sugar made this up and it comes close to what I remember ice break should taste like ... pretty happy with that

Even if you found a flavoured milk in America the taste would be different because we use cane sugar and they use corn syrup which changes the flavour of most of their stuff compared to ours.

I don't understand the Ice Break hype. It is nothing special. I am liking Dare at the moment.

The standards are all corn syrup, but there are plenty of sugar based alternatives, can even get 'mexican coke' which is just sugar based coke.

double shot of espresso, couple of teaspoons of sugar dissolved in, cube of ice to chill it, top it up with decent milk. One decent iced coffee
Why you'd want to "duplicate" an ice break is beyond me. Make a decent iced coffee. |

2L of milk,
drink about 400ml of it. 8-12 teaspoons of nescafe to taste 20-25 teaspoons of sugar to taste ice to top. shack well. enjoy. suggest not adding to much coffee and sugar until you have tasted it. i like a bit of a strong ice coffee.

I pour milk and coffee (instant or a few espresso shots, depending on what I have around) into one of those shaker cups, throw in 4 ice cubes, shake and drink.
Sugar is for girls.

This stuff isn't too bad, might be worthwhile seeing if you can find it / have some shipped?
