any idea of the flow rate?
does the res to pump tube stay full when its running?

cant see anything obvious.....

yes it's running, No that's part of the GPU block, you can see the cpu block in the bottom pic, No idea of flow rate how would I tell? yes it's full while running.

I would have half a mind to check that the pump isnt vibrating on the case?? doesnt look like theres any dampening under the right side it.

Also, may be an idea to just try tightening all the screws on that top (dont overtighten!) to make sure none are loose, remember that each screw should have about equal pressure

There's foam between it, Just out of shot, it's not touching any side anymore, and I'll try fastening when I get home./
