Default Linksys E1500 Router - Using as Access Point/Repeater

Have a Linksys E1500 Router and was wondering if anyone has had much luck with using this particular router as a Access Point ? Haven't had much luck, but then again haven't had the chance to spend too much time on it...

Basically want to install this next to my HT Receiver for Airplay purposes.

Thanks

Theory is the same as any other - disable DHCP, connect one of the LAN ports to your LAN.
You will probably want to also ensure it's got an IP address in your LAN's range so you can easily access it later too.

The software required Win95 or better, so I installed Linux.
Question marks are the new full stop?

you can connect a client device wirelessly, sure. tin said to connect a LAN port to your existing LAN somewhere - the device has to have network connectivity, doesn't it?

There is a version of dd-wrt for this router. You should be able to do wireless bridge with that.
