Default Noob ram question

Hello friends,

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I wish to update my Dell Alienware Aurora R4 with 32gigs of ram. According to Dell I need...Quad Channel DDR3 1600 MHz and have 4 slots available. I was looking at Scorptec and there are loads of 32GB kits and have numbers like "10-10-10-30-2N" which means nothing to me. Would some kind OCAU citizen kindly recommend a ram kit for me please? I was looking at this for example...

http://www.scorptec.com.au/computer/...00cl10q-32gbzl

Would this work? My motherboard is an X79 chipset.

Thanks so much,

Search for '4x8GB' and anything that pops up should work. Looking at Scorptec, this is slightly cheaper than what you're looking at, same specs and is actually in stock.

Thanks so much Tarkhein, I also should have mentioned that the machine is factory overclocked. So any RAM that says 4X8GB will do as long as it's Quad Channel DDR3 1600 MHz right?

Thanks so much for your kind help.
