iPhone alarm/radio question

hey so I'm thinking to get an iPhone to replace current crappy nokia, what i'm thinking i want is the ability for it to be an alarm in the morning plugged into a dock something like http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/sto...IPSIL#features

i'd like it to be able to be normal alarm sounds, my own songs (synced with itunes), but also potentially public AM/FM radio. does anyone know if that sony thing could do that? or something else?

or any other ideas for how to achieve this? it doesn't need to be a dock, just want better sound than the iPhones, and since it'll be charging over night anyway, figured...

does anyone know also if in the review the guy mentioned pandora, how to get something like di.fm or some other stream going as the alarm?
