holy goddamn fuck

anyone know the style of photography this is, with the bad technical photography. screw rules, this captures real emotions imo.

it's all about the little details, this goes beyond technical compositions but just abstract concepts.

i have a couple of friends who shoot in this style, but never asked them about it. thanks for the inspiration

Will Manning for sureeee. Seems like a really nice guy, and always happy to help.

Also, I find inspiration from the guy I work with / for. Scout from White Wall Photography. A top bloke, and I really admire him because he threw himself in the deep end and is doing great.

I used to draw quite a bit of inspiration from Geoff Ross when I was interested in landscapes.

I also love the street work of Matt Irwin, IMO he tends to shoot well outside of the box.

When I want to draw some inspiration for portrait, wedding and travel work I always look to Shelton Muller, he's also a fantastic speaker.

And last, but not least is Sheila Smart for her awesome portraiture and wildlife work.

For me, things like Boston Globe's Big Picture.

Photojournalism is the pinnacle of photography.
