Did you see the April fools joke by lego? they said they were going to re-release the UCS Falcon... had me going too, until I saw the date /sigh
I finally saw one, assembled, recently and until then I hadn't realised how damn big they are. I still want one, but probably not enough to pay the horrendous prices that people are charging for them.

Last night I had an "oh fuck" moment. I dropped the car I'm working on while trying to make a minor change to it.... smashed the entire front end that I had spent maybe 4 hours perfecting the night before. /sigh Got it back together last night and made the tiny change I was trying to make as well... but felt like a colossal waste of time with the apparent lack of progress in the model

Bought the 10221 super star destroyer from Big W's website last Thursday, got delivered yesterday... The beast is so large I actually have nowhere to put it... I might just be able to squeese it on my desk between my keyboard and monitor, but from the measurements I've taken this thing is gargantuant (I haven't built it yet, just measurements of my available areas measure out 1.25 metres)

I considered it, but I'm renting at the moment, hoping to buy next year... will be buying a much larger place than the little unit I've got... I'll definitly have a rumpus or trophy room of some description.

I saw that but their website kept crashing while I was attempting to buy it. By the time I was able to do it, they had changed it to stop online purchases of that set (and many other Lego sets). :-(

I'm going to be seriously pissed if there are none left tonight when we were told by multiple stores that they would not be selling them until midnight tonight.
