You need to have atleast F8 bios for that cpu or the machine wont post at all.
If it doesn't post you'll need a cpu from this list that will post on F7 bios
CPU support list

If you need to update the bios then use the QFlash (hit END key) at post and a USB stick

Also all 1155/1156 cpu's make a horrible crunching sound as u lock them into the motherboard, this is normal.

Thanks for those instructions, that seems easy enough. I will do that before i install windows just incase. Glad you mentioned about the crunching noise to, none of the guides i have read have said that and that would of freaked me out.

Yes you can.
I just create a new folder on D drive "pictures"
then go C drive/users/ "pictures"
right click properties
Location-Move-browse to D "pictures"
Apply

You can do that for all folders execpt PUBLIC

this might help LINK

The m4 has been known to be a bit more stable, some people initially had been getting some BSOD with the vertex drives. I think the latest firmware for the drive is a bit more stable. You could always check that the latest firmware is on the vertex.
