Oh and heres mine:

I didn't seen an dead pixels on a short once over with an all white and all black background.

But I did get a wierd issue, pure black screen, and the monitor on the right will have random white pixels firing off every other second. Wasn't that annoying, and probably won't ever be noticed again... but yeah.

I'm pretty sure he means his Dell U3011

Picked up a 2F with zero dead/bright/stuck pixels and pretty much zero backlight bleed for $285 delivered from greensum a few weeks ago.
I can only get 64Hz out of it, really looking forward to these 2B RE boards from the 120hz guys

Has anyone who ordered from 120hz.net over the last few days had their monitor shipped yet? Mine hasn't.

I bought one of those hdmi to Dual dvi adaptors on ebay for $3 to see if my PS3 or xbox would work on my yamakasi Q270SE F model....

..Nope no soup for you, i mean me. It recognises something is connected as when you turn the PS3 or Xbox on, the green light on the monitor goes solid and the screen displays a grey background.

I guess its cause its not HDPC (or whateva called) compatable.

Still happy with the monitor as its pretty perfect, its a bit of a hassle though as I like to set up my wheel on my desk and use my PC monitor when I race in a GT5 league im in.

Lost abit of frames in bf3 went from 85fps odd @1920x1200 to 45-55fps @2560x1440 on 64 player maps both all setting on low or off cept for mesh medium and shadows medium. Looking at getting a gtx660 once they hit the shelf as they will be low power usage like my 6850.

EDIT RE: FATboy pics, Your monitors look abit low to me. To me having the centre of monitor around eye level is optimal IMO.

Technically, most ergonomics guides suggest the top of the panel should be level with your eyes. Obviously that's going to be a bit weird with such a tall screen, but it's not too far off. That said, for gaming, it's nice to have it how you described, especially for maximum immersion in anything first-person - it's generally how I have my screens.

Without a doubt. The stands are rubbish, hence I'm living with it until I can buy either a dual one, or two decent single ones.

So, I stumbled on this thread a few days ago.... and I've pretty much decided I want one... only.... is there a version that uses displayport and not dual dvi?

I believe there are multi-input ones, but they're more expensive and the response time is slower. Plus, they're also a bit of an unknown quantity as so few people actually have them. Unless you're short on Dual-Link DVI ports, grab the normal version.

Guys, is the 2703 a newer version or something:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-Tempe...item1e6fcfb462

Is there any problem with the tempered glass version?

From memory (late May) some of the tempered glass models blurb had a fine print statement (paraphrased as) "dust on the inside of the glass is normal...". Or that it could enter over time...

There was one seller on ebay that guaranteed not to have dust, but I can't remember which one.

I'm thinking of getting this desk stand from Selby;
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dual-2-Tw...ht_3851wt_1139

Anyone have any others they've used or have seen recommendations for?
