yes, yes it does. Bit hard to assess bandwidth if it's already being used!

if you're only getting 50KB/s then you're doing it wrong. Should be able to get about 1.3MB/s with that speed

I just had the DSLAMS in my area upgraded by Internode to their Agile service:

Has improved performance considerably from the previous Optus service.

I still get shitty WoW pings though.

Bigpond Elite Cable, not on the Utlimate Cable at the moment due to a packaging deal with Foxtel, phones etc..

Still nothing to complain about..
