been trying from 30mins after my last post, so 1 1/2 hours, been a bit of a pain in the ass.

just want 4.1.1 stock,

copied the secound link in this thread (4.04) one onto the main Dir in the phone.

loaded up toolkit, option 10, option 1, boot into custom recovery.

cleared cache & davik cache, loaded selected zip, but keep getting an error message.

bit of a pain in the but hole, getting fucking lost out my ass on xda, my cant google name shit in english??? what the fuck is takju surposed to meean!!!

This is the rom I used.

Deodexed ROM - More than likely, you'll want this version, which allows for themes and mods

MD5 Checksum (check this if you think your download may be corrupt)

I installed, cleared cache and rebooted.

Was welcomed with the multi coloured X, waited for the apps to be upgraded and then I was in.

You may want this one, due to it being as how google had intended, ie its the one that you will be able to upgrade easily over the air in the future.

Odexed ROM - This is an untouched version with odex files. Flash this only if you know for sure that's what you want

I did it through my recovery, I wasn't using clockwork, I am using Team Win Recovery Project

You should be able to either install a recovery, or boot permanently into a recovery to install the rom I pasted above.

If your phone has root access, install GooManager it will install the recovery for you in the flash roms section.

Install stock working rom if needed.

Root your phone

Download this

Save it to your phone.

Install GooManager and run

Install TWRP (flash roms section)

Reboot into recovery via GooManager

Install ROM (wipe)

Reboot, done.

Ive noticed that I have a Superuser as well as a new SuperSU.

Do the people that have flashed over rather than upgraded from a previous rom have both those apps?

which method did you use to get your rom on there sucessfully?

In Google Now, scroll to the bottom, click on the tripple dot settings, go to voice, go to download offline speech recognition, and get english australia.

It should pick your voice up better and now you have the aussie google siri.

Alot of my results are just going to google chrome, why is it never magical like on the interwebs.

Ok how do you install this? Can you just copy it into the phone and load it from recovery?

I only know how to install from Gnex toolkit.

Edit2: fuck finally found it after 10 pages of XDA.

seriously why do people just say "YAY I GOT IT WORKING" and then followed by 400 posts saying "how did you do it?" on every forum I go to. Fucking tell us how you do it from the start jesus christ.
