New Build, thoughts?

I haven't built a computer in like a year or so, but a mate in the army has asked me to throw something together for him. So based on quick google's this is what I've come up with, he doesn't want to go over 2 grand.

CPU:
Intel Core i7 3820

Cooler:
Noctua NH-D14

SSD:
Intel 520 Series 120GB SSD

Mobo:
ASUS P9X79

Memory:
Corsair Vengeance CMZ16GX3M4X1600C9 16GB

Graphics:
Sapphire Radeon HD7870 2GB GHZ Edition OC

PSU:
Antec High Current Gamer 620W Modular HCG-620M

Monitor:
ASUS VE247H 23.6in Widescreen LED Monitor

Keyboard:
Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Mechanical Keyboard

Mouse:
Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 7

Harddrive:
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB

Notes: I haven't chosen a case, as he said he wanted to choose that. This all adds up to $1991, which is very close to the budget, but I'm sure he probably won't want the mouse or keyboard I have chosen, I just chose them quickly. I can't seem to find any memory kits smaller then 16gb. He might not even want to overclock and I might end up ditching the cooler to save money as well.

He wants to use this computer mainly for gaming, he wants to get into PC gaming, but hes also a minecraft addict and tends to host a minecraft server on his home connection so I guess 16 gb ram will help that a lot.

Are there any new online shops much cheaper then PCCG these days?
