Default Turning off CPU Phase LEDs on motherboard

Hey everyone,

Any info i look up on my motherboard G1 Assassin, says i can turn off these LEDS which indicate my system is overclocked, however i would like to turn them off, i could not find this option in the BIOS.

Any suggestions what else to try?

I swear once I did get them off on my motherboard, but I'm not sure if that was just a thought. Mine always has a blue LED strip indicating the 'level of OC', but the other lights I think went off when I downloaded DES2 and clicked the little green switch.

Yeah the others don't bother me, just the Blue LEDs, i want them off
And i'm not willing to sacrifice my OC for it.

I tried playing with DES 2 and yeah no chance.

It's quite irritating, all of the blue ones blast on at just 4GHz. I'd suggest a firmware update that allows it to turn off or something

Just snip them off if you are really that against them (or desolder them and change them to low intensity red or similar.)

I really can't see me doing that to be honest, too risky, I know I'll definitely stuff something up.

Ghetto option seems safe, also, Dino doing some stuff with GB with regards to this, see the easy tune thread. It might not be possible but theres a chance.
