Good to see you guys giving it a go.
By all means if Dark Chocolate isnt your thing you can substitute a half and half with milk chocolate or use all milk chocolate. Just be mindful of the sweetness and taste as you go.

It's hard to stuff this one up and well worth the 10 mins effort

Just made this for my wife, guest and I. Just wanted to say they turned out beautifully!

Only had them in the fridge for 4 hours instead of over night which I thought was plenty. Sprinkled crushed mirange around the edges with strawberries in the middle. Yum! Pics below.

Made this, and also a variant using milk chocolate and kahlua (1 cup kahlua to 4 cups cream... made double quantity).
