Default Remove programs from Launchpad

I've had a look at a few threads on the net but they seem to work then the programs reappear.

e.g. I have counter-strike source still appearing in the launchpad even though steam has been uninstalled.

I believe the problem may be the fact that I just uninstalled steam by deleting the app from the applications folder and not via the uninstall path [which I couldn't find]

Thumbs up

:thum bup:

GREAT ANSWER. THANKS FOR THAT.

Removed from launchpad by removing the shortcut in the HOME folder of Applications, not the UNIVERSAL folder of Applications.
