Leftover roasts can make great curries. Just add some red curry paste, coconut milk, green beans, cherry tomatoes and maybe some thing sweet like lychees or pinapple and you're laughing.

leftover roast lamb/beef etc.. can be turned into a good hash

Leftover pasta like a spaghetti bolognase can always have some bechamel and cheese thrown on top and turned into a quasi lasagne

Go buy a cheap cut of meat and brown it in a pan for a curry.

Don't waste a nice roast by drowning it in spices

For things like left over roasts I thought someone would have said pizza by now. Our common ways are sandwiches, pizza and occasionally pies. The pizzas are simple enough to make. Get a base (we prefer home made), add tomato sauce or sprinkle some olive oil on the base, add some chopped up meat from the roast, bit of cheese and any other toppings we want then cook.

Sandwichs during the following days and a pizza or 2 at night are generally part of the plan when doing up a roast dinner.
