Quite like that Denon one. Ends in 18 hours, think I should get it even though I don't have the speakers yet?

Hey Frostee.
You grabbed an amp yet?

I have a Pioneer VSX-516 you can have for $80.
Its a 7.1 receiver but will have no problems doing 2 channel, and always has the option to add more speakers later on down the track (note, dont have remote for it).

Im at Campbelltown so only 30 mins away from you.

Let me know,
Luke

Most of the ones on eBay are all very old, though I know that's nothing to be worried about
don't dismiss the old Technics stuff...or other old stuff for that matter

if you do your research they can be quite rewarding...Sansui, Marantz etc

I cannot remember my old Technics amp model off top of my head but have seen it go for not much more than $50 - $60 on Ebay and it has good raw power around 40w RMS..plenty

NAD, Cambridge Audio, Technics, OLD Akai, OLD Pioneer, Yamaha, Denon, Marantz...Look on eBay and you can find all these brands at great prices.
The Emotiva is a NEW amp with good support. Nothing here touches their bang for buck. Even after shipping. URC1 costs $100 for shipping, this would be less. Anything that you could get cheaper than this, would have to be second hand, or a cheapie.
