Default RX480 changes to Rev. 2

About to purchase an RX480. I see them now in two forms:-
the origonal: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=14662

the latest: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/xsrx4xrare2.html

Does anyone know what design changes have been made to warrant the Rev. 2 name?

Rev 2 has been around for a while, both should be rev 2, basically the changes were better fin design (better performance) and change to screw size moved to non standard 6/32
