Were you expecting micro fins on a mobo block?

Also, your man crush is showing. I am actually starting to think that copie was your 'life partner' and this is your way of handling the break-up.

a mobo block has stuff all heat to transfer, a straight tube is going to have more than enough surface area.

but srsly asus: y u no g1/4?

I haven't seen motherboard blocks for any 1155 motherboard, yes it's a gimmick, but if it's functional and you save some $$ why not, my main concern is the last time ASUS did this they all corroded out and the M/Board were all RMA's from what I've heard.

Sorry I retract my 1155 generalization when I was looking it was for Z77 chipset motherboards, does anyone know if they exist yet?

Not a one piece block, but still it is water cooling blocks for a Z77/1155 board (well, boards, as it fits a few models).
