Default Beige is the new black

Hey All,

A few months ago I found an old computer on the side of the road circa 1990. I'd always wanted to put new hardware in an old case and I finally done it.

There wasnt much too it - managed to get it done over a few days working on it here and there in the midst of parental duties.

Mods included:
  • modify (ie: completely hack up) the back plate to allow a standard ATX mobo to fit.
  • Add ventilation to the front and top of the case.
  • Paint it.

Yet to come:
  • Water
  • Front USB/Audio Panel
  • "Stylish" LED's
  • 200mm fan on top

Current Setup:
Gigabyte GA-770-S3
AMD 720BE Tri Core
4GB Generic DDR2
Radeon HD5770
GW 700W PSU
80GB HDD

I just put some older hardware together for this build but I will use this for my next upgrade and probably add water. there is room for a 240rad up front.

here are a few pics of the progress all taken on my phone to cover up the crappity paint job

Looks good. I'm not big on off-brand PSUs, though.
