Water..... That's it really. Sit here with a 1.25L bottle from the fridge. If it get's room temp, swap it out for another bottle from the fridge and keep going. When it's time for food I take a break.

Usually a Capers pizza and plenty of tea or coffee and some water. Might have a few beers when lanning but that doesn't happen very often these days.
