Default Lightroom 4.1 Error when preview - exporting

Installed a SSD about a week back an developed imported NEFs/CR2s fine.
However I've been getting the following error every time I export now. Any one have the same issue?

Just an update. Seems I might have found the issue and it seems to be related to the cores and OC.

If I scale back down the OC and shut off multi cores. Its fine in develop and Export/import. If i turn on all cores develop is fine but export and import crashes.

Which is interesting...so does that mean LR only uses a single core for develop?

Start with the basics and try a reinstall of Lightroom first.
If OCing your CPU is causing instability with Lightroom, it will be causing problems elsewhere on the system too.

Did exactly that. Scaled down OC from 4.3ghz on a i5 760 to 4.1ghz.
Working fine so far after a day of editing on all cores when exporting

Strange thing is i've used it @ 4.3 for 2 years and I prime95 for over 6 hours and no crashes.

Possible that the long-term OCing has caused problems.
I would see if anything else is playing up while OCed.

For what it's worth, I use 3 SSDs in my machine, OS/Apps on Vertex3 240GB, Lightroom catalog/photos on 480GB Agility3 and another 240GB Agility3 for other stuff.
Windows 7, 64bit, Lightroom 4.1.

Never had any issues with importing or exporting. :S
Lightroom is legit, not pirated. (In case that might be a factor for you?)

Sorry for going ot a bit, but grundy how is LR4 performing for you? There are plenty of reports of it being very slow and laggy, especially in the develop module. For me sometimes it can take up to 5 seconds for the crop tool to appear / open, and up to 3 seconds for it to disappear when I reclick on the crop tool icon. Just wondering if it's all zippy for you, operating on all ssd's? or noticeably slower than a previous version of LR? My computer is only average, but I'm booting from an ssd and have the LR Cat(s), previews and cache on a second separate ssd and I feel like going back to LR2....

Thanks

Des
