Default getting backup bios to flash

hey guys

i got the x58a ud3r v2,

i want to flash to an older bios, FE which is what i had when i bought the board so the backup bios should be able to do it.

just not sure how to get it to do that since i forgot to keep a backup of the actual bios file.

i went onto the gigabyte forums but the method they said isnt working for me.

anyway ideas?

thanks

What happens when you press f8 on start up? Is there any menu for restoring from backup bios? Or does it say just memory stick or something?
