Another New Prodigy Build - Need some advice pls

I Posted this in another thread but thought best to start my own here.
Very interested in a similar build to nicej's for myself. This is to replace an old Q6600 system that just died.

I am trying to stick to a budget of $1200 (give or take hehe) what I am after is a system that is cheap to run 24x7, Fast for encoding/rendering, quiet with a an average (Air) overclock and average in the gaming department. A few things I'm not 100% sure of is the Cooling, Graphics and PSU.

Also with the Mobo what are the advantages of the Asus over the Asrock Z77E?

Cooling - how loud is the Corsair? Easy to set-up? Hi Maintenance? need to mod? What are other Air cooling options that won’t break the budget? Will the stock cooler allow for Overclocking? Will I need other case fans?
I'm not looking to do massive overclocks just mild to give me better encoding and rendering for video edits.

Graphics Card - How loud is this? I'm not a huge gamer though I would like to start playing some RPG's, Diablo again. I was a fan of Nvidia but have not been in the scene for quite a while – last card I still have is an old 8800 GTS? Any recommendations on a good value card to suit? I will be using this on my old 24” Dell but somewhere down the line I may even pick up a new 27” HD screen of some sort – current recommendations (outside current budget scope)

PSU - Wanting to make this pretty conservative as this box will be on 24x7 most of the time. what’s minimum wattage? was thinking no more than 400-450 considering:

Single SSD
Single 2tb HDD
16gb
Graphics?
3770k

Any thoughts opinions?

Feel free to recommend suppliers also, I’m finding it hard to find one place to get the lot at a good price.

NM - All built!

Went with:

White Bitfenix Prodigy
Asus P8Z77-I
16 GB 1600 Ram
3770k (not yet OC'd)
240 GB Sandisc SSD
2tb WD Black
Corsair H100 (stock Fans)
525 Coolermaster

Currently running an old 8800 GTX till I decide what to put in.

Only thing now is can I make it Quieter?
