Companies that I've worked for in the past would have yearly events for employees and they'll show you certain things.

An example:
Another company that I know of called BigAir has been on the acquisition hunt. Started up buying the niched market players of uni internet services providers because they had large contracts.

IInet doesn't have a great deal of business customers in comparison to nodes, Like BigAir it's quite attractive to purchase a player with large profitable customer corporate customer base and extensive contracts that you couldn't

IINET been about domestic customers mostly
Node has been Geeky and has/had various lucrative business clients

Common sense says not every ISP will follow the same business model.
Saying that every ISP "will have 50-70% profits coming from business and goverenment contracts then after less than 40% domestic services" is just total rubbish. Then trying to cover up your boo-boo by saying you're being intentionally vague because of a potential threat of legal action is just crossing over into totally ridiculous.
