fixed beeping, now its still not posting. i've cleaned the ram slots, reset CMOS. also, the computer starts itself when i turn on the PSU...

you can find out what the beep codes represent on the motherbords website.
just note down the amount and frequescy of the beeps, and google your MB beep codes. this will allow you to narrow down what the error is, and allow you to troubble shoot it

As above, check out your "beep codes" for your motherboard. I'm pretty sure these are the right ones : http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/phoenixbeep.htm
Try clearing CMOS too. Unplug the power from the computer and remove the little silver battery from the motherboard. Leave it out for a few minutes and then replace it and see what happens.

Well I just plugged the power in, turned on psi and the mobo started itself... Without beeping
. But it still won't post. I shall try clearing CMOS when im back home later.

It's not looking good then.
Try another power supply if you can. If it's not that then it's probably the motherboard and time for a new computer.
