Default help with error 530

I just bought a telstra dongle, and had it installed by a pc shop. However I can recieve email but cannot send.

I get the following message. " you have unsent messages in your outbox do you want to send tnem now". I keep clicking but cannot send.

Also "the message could not be sent because the server rejected the senders email address. The senders email address was xxxxxx "

Server error 530. I went to accounts / properties / servers, but I dont know what to put in where. Do I click the box my server requires authentication ????????
