Actually looks like a proper hamburger rather than this shit where they miss half the ingredients (oh how I miss thee Aussie burger from Hungry Jacks).
That being said though, probably taste like shit and its only a few bucks more for a burger from Grill'd or my favourite (and a canberra special), Brodburger

That's interesting. Last time I had a maccas burger, a cheese burger about 3 years ago now, the "meat" was exactly like that too. So much different to how they used to be.

The burger would have been nicer with a normal beef patty.

Rocked one today. Actually, for a McDonald's burger, I was impressed.
Much larger than other burgers, decent fillings and reasonable flavour. Yes, the texture can be quite bland, but as long as there's plenty of onion, it helps break it up. For a McDonald's burger: 9/10 For a burger in general: 5.5/10

The next burger is going to have an angus patty, but it's not the same as the current angus ones (I assume this means it'll have bread in it too).
Not sure of release date.

i'm not a huge food critic, so it was fine for me

The grand angus is a nice burger. It's not all steamed like the ordinarily nuked patties. It needs to be hot though.
Is the baaarger patty like kofta? |

I had one yesterday.
Wasn't good but it also wasn't bad. I was starving at the time. I'm always a fan of the McOz, beetroot is the bombizzle. Of course burgers from other joints are better, like say Grill'd or whatever.

Bear in mind that these places are franchised. The Maccas up near me is awful, truly awful, but the one in the other direction is really nice. Same with Subways, some have nice lettuce, some have brown. Maybe the grilld near him is nice....

Had one last night in a hungover rage. The thing was fucking massive, way too big a portion for me... but I guess that's kind of the idea.

just had one.
Texture of the patty is exactly the same as the bun. What I could taste: Onion The spices used to flavour the 'lamb' Slight beetroot egg, greens and the lamb itself had no flavour at all. At least it was a pretty decent size, just don't pass up your chip shop for it.
