Everything in the last ~4 years will run ML.
As long as it has a Core 2 Duo or later you're fine. Cheap Mac mini on ebay will do it. $20 for ML license, $99 for mac dev license, xcode is free. |

You've probably worked this out by now, but it's in the OP, so I want to address it to make sure. The Macs with G3/G4/G5 in their names are referring to the PowerPC G-series processors. These are Pre-Intel and are not usable with any recent Mac OSs or most software. You can basically narrow your search by ignoring anything of that era. As others have mentioned, you should be able to find a ML compatibility list. Use that to make sure what you're getting is updateable and you're pretty much right.
If you're going to need a certain level of grunt, then look into the newer macs, but due to Apple's pruning process, anything capable of running ML is going to be half-decent. Might be worth chucking some more memory in there if they only have 1 or 2GB, but that's about it. Best of luck!
