Nice shots How did you do the third one?

Ended up purchasing one of these from Kogan. Wasn't that impressed with cameraparadise- they want to charge a surchage for everything

Take a shot, hit play, hit menu, second list, picture effect, select watercolour.

It can also be selected before you take the shot but you have to be in one of the JPEG-only modes.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping. I showed the wife your shots (she'll be the main one using our RX100) and she was really impressed.

Neither of us are exactly professional photographers, but its good to see what the camera is capable of in the right hands

need to have a bit of play so we can learn some of the features instead of just point and click

Well, I've just acquired one too, still figuring it out, but it seems very nice. I like the colour balance on images, nice and vibrant.

Here's a crappy one of my parrot:

Really really like that green tinted shot Thrice. Excellent examples of what this camera can do.

Ikelite's got a dive housing for this for $400!

I think they're talking about those little Angry Birds/Facebook consoles people walk around with in their pockets.
