Default 240v timed outlet

Hi guys

Just wondering if there is such a device that can control the length of time a PowerPoint is turned on for down to the seconds?

I'm looking for something that can turn power on every few minutes for only a few seconds, repeatedly.

Help is appreciated

Question

Question, what is the load you are driving?

There are a few timer modules that I know of that can do this easily.

Something like that would be perfect! Though that model there only handles 3 amps :/

That's why I said relay.. As well as the 3A rating, that is only for a resistive load.

that controling a contactor would do the trick.

Turning it on every few minutes for a few seconds at that current is going to wear the contacts out pretty quickly if it is an inductive load, if it is a heating element carry on, but if its a pump you are going to have to oversize the contactor.
