Default My 9600 says LE ???

Hey Guys...
I have a 256mb 9600 that says it is a 9600LE on the tag...
I have looked at ATI's site and the have an SE but no LE.
The reason i am asking is that i am looking at an ATI silencer but they say they only fit XT PRO and SE.
Any info on my card would be great

There wasn't a LE made, check in your display properties too see what it is.

The silencer will be fine

edit: Sorry my mistake, didnt have to time have a look properly this morning.

there WAS an LE - it's a good card... it's kinda like a non-pro... still has 128bit bus, but lower clock speeds.

edit: finding a silencer to fit it may be difficult because all these low-end radeon 9xxx series had all sorts of pcb layouts from different manufacturers...

look up some pictures of 9600 pros and stuff - if it looks the same as your card then it should fit fine...

or... save yourself the trouble and get this or something:

The only LE cards I remember were exactly the same as 9600 non-Pro cards (clocks were 325Mhz core and 400Mhz RAM).

I agree with Groovetek's suggestion - just get a VF-700AlCu (because they fit almost anything that has mounting holes).
