I am going through the manual slowly and trying to notice the differences between similar shots with different settings and figure out whats the best setting for a particular shot.

Was given a Nikon Coolpix 4300 for my 17th Birthday back in 2001, thats really where it all started. I just shot pretty much everything that caught my eye. When the D70 was released i upgraded and i guess i have taken photography more seriously. I enjoy shooting landscapes, motorsports and general street stuff. My next upgrade will prob be to the D200, with a 105mm macro after that.
